Pressure Washing
Your driveway, sidewalk and other flat concrete surfaces can take a beating. Even well maintained vehicles occasionally leak fluids, oil, coolant, air conditioner evaporators deposit water in the form of condensation. We have the tools, cleaning products and expertise to make those surfaces look great again.
Softwashing
High pressure cleaners can damage exterior siding, including vinyl, masonry, stucco, and even brick and mortar. Softwashing is a technique that employs lower pressures combined with reformulated cleaning products to remove and kill organics such as mildew, algae, and dirt.
Roof Cleaning
If your roof is not damaged or leaking, it is entirely possible that it is only dirty. According to ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association), those black streaks are probably Gloeocapsa magma. Gloeocapsa magma is a form of Algae and we only use the solution and process recommended by the manufacturers association. Do not let anyone on your roof with a high pressure cleaner. It can damage the asphalt shingles to a degree that replacement will be necessary. Our staff have been professionally trained in the latest Soft Washing techniques to clean your roof.
